Aerobic Training is most widely known as "cardio" training because it targets the cardiovascular system (heart and lungs). If you're looking to lose weight or increase performance and endurance, or you just want to stay healthy and free of heart disease and diabetes, this is the training we would focus on.

Circuit (HIIT) Training is a high intensity, interval-style workout that is comprised of both strength training and aerobic training. The goal here is two-fold: build strength, and build muscular endurance. This is great for toning, body transformation, and to achieve a high level of fitness in general.

You have specific fitness and body goals that you want to hit. Whether you want to reshape and transform your body, or you're training to compete in athletic events and you want a more personal approach to your training, we will accommodate your specific goals our "Small Group In Gym" workouts.

Workout in a small group of 6 or less with Les Garner with a customized workout program designed specifically for your fitness goals.

Your current fitness level, body type, injuries or limitations are all taken into consideration during your live sessions with modified versions of each exercise for lower impact and range of motion if needed.

Includes unlimited bootcamp classes, meal plan, and body fat measurements every 30 days.

You want to increase your fitness levels, tone up, and improve your cardiovascular health, stamina, and energy levels. You enjoy being part of a large group of people as your workout together and possibly forge new friendships. Sweet! The Bootcamp Classes are your best bet.

Workout in a class setting of 15 to 30 people as you perform these workouts and get fit together as a team.

Feed off the energy of the class as we encourage each other to push through and exceed your previous limitations and performance levels. Have fun, let loose, and let's get you active and fit.

Leslie Garner, Sr is an AAAI (American Aerobic Association International) Certified Master Trainer with more than 9 years of experience transforming lives.

He is passionate about health and physical fitness. Leslie has helped clients get off medication for diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid, and high blood pressure with his personalized meal plans and physical training plans.

He's assisted military personnel in achieving readiness to pass their annual physical fitness tests. He's also applied his expertise to training winners for fitness competitions. Transforming bodies is his specialty with guaranteed results.
